Been waiting so long for this! Had the sweet privilege of playing guitar for a couple shows last December. A supreme and magical album, so into this. My new favorite iji album.
So thankful to have such supportive friends and amazing opportunities in my life. I’m super excited to record and release this new album because I truly feel that the music I’m writing now is the best music I’ve written so far. This is the first time I’ve ever felt “complete control” and confidence in myself and I know this is a lasting feeling. 2013 is going to be tight, doesn’t matter if I stay broke and single, just doing what makes me happy is the only thing that matters. Now I’m going to make myself a black bean veggie burger and watch The Simpsons. Be nice and feel good.
